Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Any person who commits
a breach of any of the foregoing by‑laws, or who refuses or neglects to
obey any injunction in any such by‑law, or to comply with any
requirements therein contained, is liable upon conviction to a penalty not
exceeding $2 000, and, in the case of a continuing breach, to a further
penalty not exceeding $200 for each day the offence continues after notice has
been given by or on behalf of the Corporation to the offender.
