Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A person who, at a
workplace, is an employer, the main contractor, a self‑employed person
or a person having control of access to the workplace must ensure that the
means of emergency egress from the workplace enable safe egress from the
workplace in the event of an emergency.
Penalty: the regulation 1.16 penalty.
