OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS 1996 - REG 4.21A

4.21A .         Duty to advise Commissioner of permanent withdrawal of plant from service

                A person who has applied for and obtained the registration or re‑registration of an individual item of plant must when the item of plant is permanently withdrawn from service advise the Commissioner of the withdrawal.

        Penalty:

            (a)         in the case of an individual —

                  (i)         for a first offence, $5 000; and

                  (ii)         for a subsequent offence, $6 250;

                or

            (b)         in the case of a body corporate —

                  (i)         for a first offence, $10 000; and

                  (ii)         for a subsequent offence, $12 500.
