Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A person who
manufactures plant for use at a workplace must obtain from the designer of the
plant —
(a)
sufficient information to enable the plant to be manufactured in
accordance with the design specifications for the plant; and
(b) the
other information referred to in regulation 4.30(1).
Penalty for a person who commits the offence as an
employee: the regulation 1.15 penalty.
Penalty in any other case: the
regulation 1.16 penalty.
