Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A person who, at a
workplace, is an employer or a self‑employed person must ensure that a
Schedule 5.5 substance is not used at the workplace unless —
(a) the
Commissioner has given approval to use the substance at the workplace; and
(b) the
substance is used only for a purpose that has been approved by the
Commissioner; and
(c) if
the Commissioner has imposed any condition on the use of the substance at the
workplace, the use is in accordance with each condition.
Penalty: the regulation 1.16 penalty.
