Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) This regulation
applies to an application for a certificate of competency that was made under
Part 6 of the former regulations but was not decided on before the
commencement day.
(2) An application to
which this regulation applies is to be dealt with under regulation 6.6 as
if it were an application, made under regulation 6.5, for a licence for
the class or classes of high risk work corresponding to the work for which the
applicant sought the certificate of competency.
