OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS 1996 - SCHEDULE 6.1

[Regulations 4.5, 4.8, 4.9(b) and 4.18.]

                The rate payable for —

            (a)         the provision of a design verification statement; and

            (b)         an assessment for the purposes of regulation 4.8 and regulation 4.18; and

            (c)         the witnessing of a test specified under regulation 4.7(1)(c)(ii),

                is $30.50 for every quarter hour it takes to prepare the statement or in which the assessment is conducted or the test is witnessed.
