Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) An occupational
therapist must give the registrar written advice of any change to his or her
name or business name that is recorded in the register.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
(2) The advice
referred to in subregulation (1) must be given no later than 30 days
after the change of name or business name.
