7 .         Fire on vessel, duties of people in case of

                On discovering a fire in or on a vessel in a port —

            (a)         the master or a member of the crew of the vessel; or

            (b)         a member of staff of the port authority,

                is to give an appropriate alarm and notify the harbour master or the CEO.
