PORT AUTHORITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 89

89 .         Swimming in designated areas prohibited

                Unless authorised by the port authority, a person must not swim in, or dive or jump into, the waters of a port in an area designated by notices or signs as an area where swimming is not permitted.

        Penalty: $2 000.
