PLANT DISEASES REGULATIONS 1989 - REG 6A

6A .         Entry and keeping of diseases

                A person must not —

            (a)         bring into the State; or

            (b)         possess within the State,

                a disease listed in Schedule 11 unless the Director General has approved of the person doing so and the person complies with any conditions imposed by the Director General.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
