Part —
Certificate of Authority , of a member or cadet,
means a card that —
(a) has
on it —
(i)
the name and date of birth and a photograph of; and
(ii)
the registered number of, and the office or rank held by,
the member or cadet;
and
(b) is
issued to the member or cadet by or on behalf the Commissioner.
