I am of the opinion that

is physically capable, (given sufficient time for recovery and an intelligent
application of the test) of undertaking a physical performance evaluation that
simulates job related activities involving running, climbing, jumping,
operating a mechanical “strength test simulator”, dragging a 75
kilogram dummy over a reasonable distance and swimming and treading water.
