Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A pipeline licensee
must ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, that each person working on, or
in connection with, the pipeline knows about the provisions of the Act,
regulations made under the Act and directions given under the Act, that relate
to the safety of —
(a)
people working on, or in connection with, the pipeline; and
(b) the
pipeline; and
(c) the
environment.
Penalty: a fine of $1 100.
