PERTH MARKET BY-LAWS 1990 - REG 10

10 .         Unlawful removal of produce prohibited

                A person who unlawfully removes any general produce or other goods from the premises of an occupier or from any other part of the public market commits an offence.

        Penalty: a fine of $600.
