Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person shall not
bring or allow any animal into the public market unless the animal is confined
to the motor vehicle of that person.
Penalty: a fine of $250.

Sub‑bylaw (1) does not apply to a dog used for the purposes of
guiding a blind person.
