PERTH MARKET BY-LAWS 1990 - REG 26

26 .         Minimum sales

                An occupier shall not in the central trading area sell any general produce in an amount less than the amount specified in relation to that kind of produce in Schedule 3.

        Penalty: a fine of $400.
