Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) At the request of
an inspector, a person driving a vehicle in the public market must produce the
person’s driver’s licence for inspection by the inspector.
(2) A person who fails
to comply with the request of an inspector under sub-bylaw (1) commits an
offence.
Penalty: a fine of $800.
