PERTH MARKET BY-LAWS 1990 - REG 9

9 .         Market entry restricted to lawful business

                A person shall not, whether in a vehicle or not, enter or remain in the public market or in any part thereof except for or in connection with a lawful purpose connected with the public market.

        Penalty: a fine of $300.
