Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Every owner of a
pharmacy which dispenses drugs of addiction shall return the original of the
completed approved duplicate form or the original of the completed printout of
the approved computerised recording system referred to in regulation 52B
to the department monthly, by the 7th day of the following month, and where
there have been no transactions in the month, the form or printout shall be
returned showing the name and address of the pharmacy and marked
“NIL”.
(2) Every computer
printout returned shall bear the signature of a pharmacist certifying the
accuracy and completeness of the data recorded.
