Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A penalty of
separate confinement in a punishment cell for a specified number of days (or
the total number of days imposed under section 78(2) of the Act) shall be
deemed to have commenced to run from 1 p.m. on the day that the penalty was
imposed and shall determine at 1 p.m. on the day that the penalty determines.
(2) A penalty of
separate confinement in a punishment cell for a specified number of hours
during a weekend shall be served during the hours specified in the order.
