PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 4

4 .         Independent departments prescribed (Act s. 5(2)(a))

                For the purposes of section 5(2)(a) of the Act — 

            (a)         the department designated as the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority; and

            (b)         the department designated as the Department of Planning,

                are prescribed as independent departments.
