Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Access to the
designated area shall at all times be permitted to any member of the Police
Force.
(2) A financial
statement containing such particulars of the operations of the gaming to which
these regulations apply as the Commissioner of Police may require shall be
furnished to him by the persons conducting the gaming, or each of them, at
intervals of not more than 1 calendar month or at such further or other times
as the Commissioner of Police may require.
