qualifications are required under section 29(1) or (2), or
section 12(2)(e), of the Act, the requirement is satisfied
if —
(a) on
or after 1 January 2005; or
(b) on
or before 31 December 2005,
either the
qualification requirements prescribed in regulation 8 or the
qualification requirements prescribed in regulation 8AA are met.
