TRUSTEES (AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS) REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 3

3 .         Authorized investments in building societies

                A trustee may invest any trust funds in the shares of or on deposit in a building society that — 

            (a)         is carrying on business in the State; and

            (b)         was, immediately before the coming into operation of the Trustees Amendment Act 1987 , a society certified by the Treasurer under section 16 (1) (e) of the Trustees Act 1962 as a society in which trustees may invest.
