TRADE MEASUREMENT REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 29

29 .         Inspector may require measurement to be made

                An operator of a public weighbridge must, if required to do so by an inspector, make without charge a measurement relating to a loaded or unloaded vehicle.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
