Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) This regulation
applies on and after 1 July 2010.
(2) For the purposes
of the principal Act section 9, a person is exempt from a provision of
the principal Act ( State provision ) if the person complies with the
provision of the National Measurement Act that most
closely corresponds to the State provision .
