is to be read and construed as a reference to the Department of
Transport.

departments can be established and named. At the time this reprint was
prepared, the designation of the department known as the Department of Justice
had been altered to the Department of the Attorney General, and the Department
of Corrective Services is established.

8 Under the Courts Legislation Amendment and Repeal
Act 2004 s. 58 a reference in a written law to a court of petty

Act 2004 s. 54(2) a reference in a written law to a clerk of petty
