TAXI REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 17

17 .         Conduct of drivers at taxi ranks

        (1)         A driver shall not obstruct the egress of another taxi from a taxi rank.

        (2)         A driver shall not leave the taxi unattended while it is at a taxi rank.
