TAXI REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 4

4 .         Control area prescribed (Act s. 3(1))

        (1)         The area comprising the districts included within the red boundary marking on the Department of Land Administration  2 Miscellaneous Plan No. 850 is prescribed as a control area.

        (2)         In subregulation (1) district has the same meaning as it has in the Local Government Act 1960  3 .
