VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 6

6 .         Prescribed VET qualifications (Act s. 5)

                For the purpose of the definition of prescribed VET qualification in section 5(1) of the Act, each of these types of qualification, if conferred or purported to be conferred in respect of vocational education and training, is prescribed —

            (a)         Certificate I;

            (b)         Certificate II;

            (c)         Certificate III;

            (d)         Certificate IV;

            (e)         Diploma;

            (f)         Advanced Diploma;

            (g)         Vocational Graduate Certificate;

            (h)         Vocational Graduate Diploma.
