VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 9

9 .         Register

        (1)         The Council must create and maintain a register that records this information —

            (a)         in relation to each WA registered provider —

                  (i)         the information required by regulation 12(7)(a);

                  (ii)         any variation, suspension or cancellation of the provider’s registration;

                  (iii)         any other information the Council decides should be on the register;

            (b)         in relation to each WA accredited course —

                  (i)         the information required by regulation 30(2)(a);

                  (ii)         any variation, suspension or cancellation of the course’s accreditation;

                  (iii)         any other information the Council decides should be on the register.

        (2)         The Council must make the register available for inspection by the public.

        (3)         The Council must give the information on the register, and any change to the information, to the person responsible for managing the NTIS as soon as practicable after it is recorded on the register.
