VETERINARY SURGEONS REGULATIONS 1979 - REG 33E

33E .         Name of practice (s. 26A)

                An application for approval of a name under section 26A(4) of the Act is to be —

            (a)         made in an approved form; and

            (b)         accompanied by such evidence with respect to the application as the Board may require.
