Western Australian Consolidated Regulations For the purposes of
this Part, land may, irrespective of any other classification under these
by‑laws, be classified by the Corporation as follows —
(a)
residential, if the land is used wholly or primarily for the purpose of
providing the owner or occupier of the land with a residence for himself, his
family or servants, or any of them;
(b)
non‑residential property, if the land is used for business,
professional, holiday accommodation, manufacturing, processing or other
commercial processes that are not the subject of another class prescribed in
this by‑law;
(c)
vacant land, if there is no building on the land.
