WATER AGENCIES (INFRINGEMENTS) REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 7

7 .         Unauthorised alteration of infringement notice, offence

                A person who, not being an authorised person, makes any alteration to an infringement notice commits an offence.

        Penalty: $200.
