may be cited as the Western Australian Treasury Corporation (Debt Paper)
Regulations 1986 1 .
(2) These regulations,
except for regulation 19(3), shall be deemed to have come into operation
on 1 July 1986.

Regulation 19(3) shall come into operation on the day on which these
regulations are published in the Gazette 1 .
