Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Any person who fails
to comply with any of the provisions of these by‑laws commits an offence
and is liable upon conviction to a penalty not exceeding $2 000 and, in
the case of a continuing offence, to a further penalty not exceeding $200 for
each day the offence continues after notice has been given by or on behalf of
the Cooperative to the alleged offender.
