1.    Citation


            These regulations may be cited as the Water Agencies (Entry
       Warrant) Regulations 1985 1.

      [Regulation 1 amended in Gazette 29 Dec 1995 p. 6300.]

2.    Form 1


            A warrant for the purposes of section 72(6) of the Act shall be
       in the form of Form 1 in the Schedule.
