Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The form of
election referred to in section 24B of the Act shall be in Form 1 or, in
the case of a worker suffering from noise induced hearing loss, Form 2C in
Appendix I.
(2) The form of
election referred to in section 31H of the Act must be in the form of
Form 1A in Appendix I or, in the case of a worker suffering from noise induced
hearing loss, in the form of Form 2CA in Appendix I.
