WILDLIFE CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 1970 - REG 24

24 .         Application and duration of licences

        (1)         Every application for a licence under these regulations shall be made in writing to the Executive Director and shall set out — 

            (a)         the first names and surname of the applicant;

            (b)         his full postal and residential addresses;

            (c)         the purposes of his application; and

            (d)         such other information as the Executive Director may require,

                and shall be signed by the applicant.

        (2)         A licence issued under these regulations remains current for the period specified in the licence.
