WILDLIFE CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 1970 - REG 3A

3A .         Exempt species of avian fauna

                Regulations 12, 13, 14, 16, 18 and 19 do not apply to — 

            (a)         King Quail Coturnix chinensis ;

            (b)         Peaceful Dove Geopelia placida ;

            (c)         Diamond Dove Geopelia cuneata ;

            (d)         Cockatiel or Weero Nymphicus hollandicus ;

            (e)         Budgerygah Melopsittacus undulatus ;

            (f)         Chestnut‑breasted Mannikin Lonchura castaneothorax ;

            (g)         Star Finch Neochmia ruficauda ;

            (h)         Long‑tailed (Blackheart) Finch Poephila acuticauda ;

                  (i)         Banded (Double‑bar) Finch Poephila bichenovii ;

            (j)         Zebra Finch Poephila guttata .
