Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Any licence to take
dangerous fauna expires on the date shown thereon, and there may be specified
in the licence —
(a) the
number and species of fauna which may be taken;
(b) by
whom the fauna may be taken;
(c) the
area or place where the fauna may be taken;
(d) the
manner in which, the time of day and when, the fauna may be taken;
(e) the
manner in which the fauna may be disposed of or the person to whom the fauna
may be taken for disposal; and
(f) the
returns which the licence holder shall submit and the period within which the
returns shall be submitted,
and without limiting
the operation of any condition endorsed on the licence pursuant to
section 15(5) of the Act, the licence authorises the holder to take and
deal with dangerous fauna only in accordance with the requirements specified
in the licence pursuant to this subregulation.
