Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The CEO may,
whether or not the modified penalty has been paid, withdraw an infringement
notice at any time within 28 days after the notice was given, by sending
a notice in the form of Form 12, signed by the CEO, to the alleged offender.
(2) Where an
infringement notice is withdrawn under this regulation, any modified penalty
paid pursuant thereto shall be refunded and thereupon shall, for the purposes
of regulation 26(3), be deemed not to have been paid.
