ZOOLOGICAL PARKS AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 9

9 .         Defence

                It is a defence to a charge of an offence under regulation 5(1), 5(3), 5(5), 7 or 8(4) for the defendant to prove that the act complained of was necessary to prevent or mitigate injury to a person or damage to property.
