ACTS AMENDMENT (EVIDENCE) ACT 2000 (NO. 71 OF 2000) - SECT 4

4 .         Section 8 amended

                Section 8(1)(e)(ii) is amended by deleting “prosecution;” and inserting instead —
“
                prosecution or a person who died as a result of the offence wherewith he is then charged;

”.
