ACTS AMENDMENT (JUSTICE) ACT 2008 (NO. 5 OF 2008) - SECT 79

79 .         Section 44 amended

                Section 44(2) is amended as follows:

            (a)         by deleting paragraph (b) and inserting instead —

“
            (b)         if the party is a corporation —

                  (i)         by one of its officers; or

                  (ii)         by one of its employees who has written authority from one of its officers to do so;

                or

”;

            (b)         after paragraph (a) by inserting —

                “ or ”.
