ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 29

29 .         Dental Act 1939 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Dental Act 1939 .

        (2)         In section 10 delete “has his affairs under liquidation or is an undischarged bankrupt or insolvent,” and insert:

                is, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws,
