ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 39

39 .         Hairdressers Registration Act 1946 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Hairdressers Registration Act 1946 .

        (2)         In section 5(10) delete “becomes bankrupt or compounds with his creditors” and insert:

                becomes, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws
