ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 49

49 .         Land Valuers Licensing Act 1978 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Land Valuers Licensing Act 1978 .

        (2)         In section 7(4):

            (a)         delete paragraph (c) and insert:

            (c)         he is, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws; or

            (b)         after each of paragraphs (a), (b), (d) and (e) insert:
