ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 59

59 .         National Environment Protection Council (Western Australia) Act 1996 amended

        (1)         This section amends the National Environment Protection Council (Western Australia) Act 1996 .

        (2)         In section 45(2):

            (a)         delete paragraph (c) and insert:

            (c)         is, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws; or

            (b)         after each of paragraphs (a) and (b) insert:
